Season Commitment
Enrollment at Rise Up and Dance is a school year commitment. Families agree at registration to participate through the end-of-year showcase in May. This allows us to plan choreography, assign roles, and build routines that depend on consistent participation.

Registration Fee
The $55 annual registration fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Monthly Tuition
Tuition is charged monthly but represents your commitment to the full semester. The following withdrawal policy applies:

• Withdrawal before Oct 1: One month’s tuition (Sep) + 1 registration fee

• Withdrawal Oct 1 - Jan 31: Tuition through the month of withdrawal plus one month written notice

• Withdrawal Feb 1 - Mar 31: Tuition through the month of withdrawal plus two months written notice (or equivalent buyout)

• Withdrawal Apr or later: Full remaining tuition through May is due

Written Notice Requirement
All withdrawals must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable). Notice periods begin on the date written notice is received.

Exceptions
Exceptions may be considered (at Alison's sole discretion) for serious medical issues or significant family hardship.
