Cancellation Policy

We know life happens, and we never want financial worry to be a barrier to participation. That said, because our classes build toward a year-end showcase in May, late withdrawals can affect choreography and role assignments for other students. We appreciate families communicating with us as early as possible if circumstances change.

Withdrawing from a Class
To withdraw, simply send written notice to Alison at [email]. Withdrawals are processed from the date written notice is received.

  • Withdrawal before Oct 1: September tuition only (no further obligation)

  • Withdrawal Oct 1 - Jan 31: Tuition through the current month plus one month’s notice (or equivalent buyout)

  • Withdrawal Feb 1 - Mar 31: Tuition through the current month plus two month’s notice (or equivalent buyout)

  • Withdrawal Apr or later: Full remaining tuition through May is due

Registration Fee
The $65 annual registration fee is non-refundable.

Written Notice Requirement
All withdrawals must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable). Notice periods begin on the date written notice is received.

Hardship Exceptions
Families experiencing medical or financial hardship are encouraged to reach out to us. Exceptions to this policy may be granted, and we will always do our best to work something out.
